Gojee asset management refers to fixed assets. Fixed assets in your Xero file will be automatically synced across to Gojee when you connect. If you’d like to add assets not on your Xero fixed asset register into Gojee, you can also do this.
Assets in Gojee can be set up similar to an inventory item, such that they can have a price, a cost and a unit of measure. They can be used on jobs and included in your quotes, invoices, and job costings etc.
Note: Whilst Gojee has the capabilities to register multiple instances of each asset type, at the moment there is no selection of the specific asset instance used on jobs. That work is however on the development roadmap for Gojee.
