Introduction to Attachments

The upload attachments section allows you to upload attachments either to a job or add an attachment to inventory.

To get started, navigate to the Upload Attachments section from the dashboard:

You will be directed to select on of the below options:

• Add Attachments to Jobs
• Add Attachments to Inventory

Add an Attachment to a Job

To add an attachment to a Job:

• Click “Add Attachments to Jobs”

• You will be asked to select the job # where you wish to upload the attachments:

• Once Selected, you will be redirected to the Attachment section of the job edit page:

• Hit the select file button, and choose the attachment you’d like to from your file navigator.

• Once you’ve selected a file, click on the Upload file. The file will show in the list:

Add Attachment to Inventory

To add an attachment to an inventory item:

• Click “Add Attachments to Inventory”

• You will be asked to select the item where you wish to upload the attachment:

• Once selected the item, you will be navigated to view inventory item page where you can upload an attachment for the item where you wish to add an attachment:

• Follow the same process as detailed in the job attachments section above to select and upload your attachment.
• Once complete, your attachment will be shown in the list.
